Product · Warehouse management

The warehouse that knows where everything is.

A warehouse system born in our own warehouses. Locations, stock and picking in real time, synced with your shop, your marketplaces and your ERP.

Every shelf, every location, one map
Why it exists

Spreadsheets stop working around 500 SKUs.

When several people receive, pick and ship at once, the file is always a little wrong. And a little wrong, at volume, is expensive.

Spreadsheet stock

"The file says 12. The shelf says 3."

Discrepancies compound quietly: a missed update here, a wrong code there. Every mismatch becomes a refund, a delay or an oversell.

Refunds and reviews paid in margin
Guesswork picking

"New people take weeks to find anything."

Picking lives in the heads of two veterans. Labels are folklore, routes are improvised, and every new hire starts from zero.

Slow picking on every order
Multi-location blindness

"Which warehouse has it right now?"

Stock split across locations and channels with no single view. Transfers get decided over the phone, and the answer is usually stale.

Stock frozen in the wrong place
What it does

Every SKU gets an address. Every move gets a scan.

The warehouse becomes a system instead of a memory, and the numbers your channels see are the numbers on the shelf.

Locations & bins
Every SKU has an address. Receiving puts things where the system says.
Scan-based receiving & picking
Barcode in, barcode out. Errors get caught at the shelf.
Real-time stock across channels
Shop, marketplaces and ERP see the same number, updated as the shelf changes.
Picking routes
Orders batched and routed through the aisles, so new people pick like veterans on day one.
Transfers & counts
Inter-location transfers and cycle counts without stopping the warehouse for a weekend.

FAQ

The questions we get most.

Is it for a warehouse as small as ours?
If you're past roughly 500 SKUs, have a few people shipping daily, or run more than one location, yes. Below that, a good process might be enough, and we'll tell you so on the call.
We run everything on Excel. How does migration work?
We import your file as the starting truth, label locations, and count stock in as it moves. The warehouse never stops; accuracy catches up within the first weeks of scanning.
What hardware do we need?
Phones with the camera, or basic barcode scanners if you prefer. No robots, no forklift terminals, nothing exotic to buy.
Does it work with our shop and ERP?
That's the point of it: shops, marketplaces and ERPs sync through the same integration layer our e-commerce automation runs on. Your channels sell against real shelf numbers.
How much does it cost?
Scoped per warehouse: SKUs, locations, people. You see a demo on your own data first, and get a fixed number within 48 hours of the walkthrough.
Who supports it?
The people who ran it in production. It ran our own warehouses before anyone else's.
