Privacy policy

This page explains what data intualix.com collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you type in the contact form so we can reply, analytics only if you accept cookies, and we never sell your data.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Intualix ("we"), an AI automation studio based in Bucharest, Romania. For anything related to your data, write to hello@intualix.com.

2. What we collect and why

  • The contact form: name, work email, company, website, what you need help with, and your message. We use them to reply and to prepare the audit or quote you asked for. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
  • WhatsApp or email: if you choose to continue on WhatsApp or by email, that conversation happens on those platforms under their own terms and privacy policies. The message is only prefilled in your app; nothing is sent until you press send.
  • Language preference: a cookie remembers the language you picked for the interface.
  • Analytics and advertising measurement: only if you accept cookies. Details in the Cookie policy.

3. Where your data goes

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the services we use to run the site and follow up on your request:

  • ClickUp (ClickUp Inc., USA): your brief is saved as a task in our pipeline so a real person picks it up. Transfers are covered by EU-approved safeguards.
  • Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc.): hosting and delivery of the site.
  • Google (Google Ireland Ltd.): analytics and ads measurement, only after you consent to cookies.

4. How long we keep it

Briefs and lead data: up to 24 months after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw consent whenever you want. Write to hello@intualix.com and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, or to your local data protection authority.

6. Security

The site runs over HTTPS, has no user accounts and stores no passwords. We collect the minimum needed to reply to you, and access keys for our internal tools live only on the server, encrypted.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
